How I got into Real Estate:

Growing up, my dad was a contractor and my mom ran a resort hotel in Lombok, Indonesia.  I studied Hotel and Restaurant Management at UNLV and was planning to go back home after graduation to help my mom manage the resort.  However, I met my husband in Las Vegas and ended up staying in here.  We opened up and operated Las Vegas’ first and only Indonesian Restaurant - A Taste of Indonesia - for a little over three years. While working at the restaurant, I met many customers who were looking to buy real estate in Las Vegas.  It was difficult to find a reliable real estate agent that I could refer them to, so I decided to become a licensed real estate agent myself.  I’ve been helping clients buy and sell properties ever since.  I enjoy being a strong advocate for my clients in order to get them the best price possible whether they are buying or selling.  I also enjoy meeting new people and making new friends.  After the transaction is done, many of my clients end up becoming good friends of mine.

Why choose me as you real estate agent?

I love negotiating.  One of my favorite hobbies is to help others negotiate with car dealers over the price they pay for their car purchase.

And for the same reason, I enjoy real estate. Being a real estate agent allows me to utilize my negotiation skills all the time.  For Buyers, I am happy to negotiate for them to make sure they get the best buy possible with the best terms.  For Sellers, I can negotiate on their behalf so they get the most money possible.

When you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson areas, please contact me.  I can also help you find a great agent outside Las Vegas should you need one.

Something personal:

I do wish for the world to be a more harmonious place.  Too much time and effort is spent on conflicts over politics, religion, or other personal beliefs.  My philosophy is that everyone is entitled to his or her own beliefs and deserves respect so long as such respect is also given towards others with different beliefs.  We are all equal in the eyes of our God and we are all better served by focusing on helping each other improve our lives as well as the lives of others.  I feel very blessed with my life and believe that it’s important to pay it forward.

Charitable causes that I support:

I believe that an important part of my success and happiness in life is to make sure I give something back in support of worthwhile charitable causes.  Below are several charitable organizations that I support on a regular basis.

Polaris Project (dedicated to combating human trafficking)

Child Rescue Coalition (working with law enforcement and child advocates worldwide to protect children from sexual exploitation)

St. Judes Childen’s Research Hospital (Research and treatment of childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases)

Smile Train (Provides free surgeries for children born with cleft lip and palate)

Catholic Charities (Giving help and hope to people in need)
